Located on Centennial Beach in Delta, BC this project is the construction of a 850 square meter washroom and concession building. This building design represents a low-profile, integrated approach to the landscape, and has been designed to achieve a LEED silver standard. This building’s environmental footprint is minimized with a green roof, passive cooling and ventilation, solar hot water generation, bio-swales, and high-efficiency plumbing fixtures and mechanical equipment.

A secure kiosk has been constructed in the design of this project which allows for possible seasonal sports equipment rentals and with 17 indoor seats and a patio with 38 outdoor seats, many visitors to the beach will be able to enjoy the full kitchen concession this building has to offer.
