Latimer Pond 15 located in the Township of Langley is an expansion of an existing, out of date detention pond. This project includes storm sewer, headwalls, manholes and flow control chamber concrete box culvert, concrete works, earthworks, road and site improvements and utilities. Features also include a tiered boulder retaining wall, a clay berm, landscaping and an elevated wooden viewing platform.
