The Work for the North Delta Track and Field Facility & Civil Works includes, the removal and disposal of the existing gravel-based running track, sports infield, and all associated underground drainage systems, as well as the construction of civil infrastructure to support the development of a new competitive standard track and field facility, natural turf soccer field, tennis courts, parking lot, paved walkway, field and pedestrian lighting systems site services, and hard and soft landscaping.
