Located on the banks of the Fraser River’s middle arm, wedged between the west side of the Richmond Oval and the No. 2 Road bridge in Richmond, this project includes raising of the dyke to 4.45 meters, a granite plaza seating area, two pathways (pedestrian & bicycle) to lead people through the native landscape of grasses and shrubs. Lighting and site furnishings are also a component of the work.
